I. Keying in a new Entry

  1. To key in a new entry, click on the New Day button in the E N T R Y section.
  2. DO NOT click on the New button or + New of the database as this would disrupt the All-Time Statistics data.
  3. Press the New Day button once each day.

II. Marking a Habit as “☑️”

  1. After completing a habit, click on the respective button in the H A B I T S section to mark it as completed for that day.
  2. Example: I have finished my 1 hour workout and I want to mark it as completed for the day, so I click on the workout button to mark it as a ☑️

III. Creating your own habits
